As a therapist I work together with my clients to guide and encourage each person to finding more meaning and peace in their day to day life. I work in Private Practice in Mission Viejo, CA.

My services specialize in a few particular areas such as children, teens, college age adults and families/individuals who are connected to Law Enforcement Or Military. I also work with people in order to overcome stress, depression, anxiety and school or work related issues.

I work with children and teens dealing with peer conflict at school as well as issues related to social acceptance, anxiety and depression as well as other school age appropriate problems that arise for many young children and teens. I help children managing with the impact of being in blended family or dealing with divorce.

I offer guidance for teens and young adults who are considering their next steps for higher education in relation to college selection and dealing with the stress and anxiety of applying to colleges. I can help guide you in the process of choosing a place that will best fit your needs and help you realize your personal goals related to your future in higher education.

I offer afternoon, evening and weekend hours to accommodate busy parents, busy children and will work around your schedule to make sure you can make time for self improvement in a positive way.

My experience ranges from working in a mental health setting in Los Angeles, an Employee Assistance Program in Los Angeles, a Non Profit Agency in Orange County serving abused and neglected children and with children and teens/families in crisis. I currently work part time at HOAG Hospital as a case manager and love serving the community of Orange County.
